International Bazaar Vendor Application

Through our International Bazaar, we invite YOU to be a contributor and local ambassador of your culture. 

On September 13 (12pm-8pm) and September 14 (12pm – 8 pm), Blumenthal Arts will present the bazaar outdoors at The Iron District located at 1001 S. Clarkson Street. The bazaar will be open in conjunction with Charlotte Brunch Fest and CLTure Day + Night Market. Apply for a table at the CIAF International Bazaar, where you can sell products or share information about your organization or cultural community. 

This is open to all International and community-focused organizations, artisans, and craftspeople. 

By submitting this application, you agree to the following: 

• Each selected artist/group will pay $100 to reserve your table for both days or $75 for a single day. Tables will be randomly assigned within our festival grounds. No commissions will be taken on sales at the Bazaar. Overnight storage will not be provided.  
• Blumenthal Performing Arts will provide one 10’x10’ pop up tent, one 6’ table, one 6’ black linen, and two folding chairs for each group. You must bring all other materials. 
•  All vendors will be listed on the Charlotte International Arts Festival website.
