The Charlotte International Arts Festival (CIAF), a Blumenthal Performing Arts Original, uniquely brings together Charlotte’s local and international communities with global artists in a cultural celebration filled with live performances, art installations, food from around the world and more!

100 Tiny Things Application

Part surprise, part treasure hunt, 100 TINY THINGS are playful, curious, and delightfully disruptive installations that act as creative urban repair, a way to manipulate the mundane and to interpret serious architecture with a personified flair.

International Bazaar Application

Through our International Bazaar, we invite YOU to be a contributor and local ambassador of your
culture on October 1st, 10 am – 6 pm, at Founder’s Hall, Uptown Charlotte. Apply for a table at the CIAF International Bazaar, where you can sell products or share information about your organization or cultural community.

This is open to all International and community-focused organizations, artisans, and craftspeople.

Cultural Stages Application

Through our Cultural Stages grants, we invite YOU to be a local ambassador of your culture!

Open to all performing artists (bands, dancers, magicians, storytellers, etc.) to apply! Selected projects will be presented outdoors in Uptown Charlotte or Ballantyne between September 15 – October 1, 2023.

Hometown Sounds Application

Through our Hometown Sounds application, we invite YOU to be a contributor and show your pride as a resident talent in Charlotte! Selected performers will be presented outdoors in Uptown Charlotte or Ballantyne between September 15 – October 1, 2023.
