Over 90 playful minutes, we’ll guide you through somatic movement, expressive arts, and connection-based games that invite you to return to joy—and remind you why creativity is a powerful gateway to emotional freedom. This isn’t just play—it’s a remembering. Of who you were before the world told you to shrink. Of how healing can feel like laughter, paint-stained hands, and dancing like nobody’s watching.

This year, we’re thrilled to collaborate with one of our favorite community partners, Play More Charlotte, bringing the magic of bubble blasters, parachute play, ribbons, and hula hoops into the mix. Together, we’ll create a playful, joy-filled space where connection and creativity thrive.
