Event Details
“Planet Pretend” fosters a sense of play by inviting visitors to experience an imaginary world using ordinary objects.
Learn more about each creature!
- Chewby (the pink creature): Chewby is a curious creature who loves collecting souvenirs from their adventures exploring Planet Earth. They especially love finding items that humans have left behind. Look closely to find Chewby’s secret collection.
- Jelly (the purple octopus-like creature) Jelly is a silly creature with special tentacles that can travel in water and on land. Jelly always travels with her friends, the Gurples. They have a symbiotic relationship. The Gurples, with their amazing eyesight, alert Jelly if danger is nearby, while Jelly provides the Gurples with quick transportation since they only know how to do one thing- roll. Can you find Jelly’s friends?
- Slooper (the worm-like creature) Slooper is a slow-moving space slug with a secret ability. It can grow rainbows- big and small. Slooper enjoys sliding across the grass planting rainbows to brighten people’s day. Can you spot the rainbow seeds?
- Rocklette Rocklette is a living, breathing rock that landed on Earth from outer space. Rocklette is quiet and shy, making it the perfect home for tiny crystal creatures who need a peaceful place to grow their crystals. If you’re quiet, you might get a glimpse of the crystal creatures at work.
