
Dweh Brown is the founder and lead creative of Homebase Films, a visual storyteller whose work centers culture, authenticity, and innovation through cinematic photography and videography. Over the past decade, he has produced work for brands such as Adobe, the Urban League, Barringer Construction, and NBA athlete Anthony Edwards, while also creating original content that uplifts underrepresented voices and explores identity, purpose, and place. His practice spans commercial, cultural, and community projects, including co-developing the Content & Convo Mixer Series with Urbane Visions and leading youth mentorship through initiatives like Envision Me at the Harvey B. Gantt Center. In 2024, he launched Homebase Studios in Uptown Charlotte, a creative hub for production and community incubation, where his blend of technical expertise and emotional resonance continues to shape storytelling that is cinematic, accessible, and deeply human.
